Premium Service
Our most popular choice, the Premium Service offers the best value for money and provides you with the full property buying experience. We source the properties and negotiate the best price for you. This is the perfect option when you simply don’t have the time or energy to spend your weekends searching for properties, attending home opens and negotiating with sales agents.
The Premium Service agreement period is for 12 weeks and includes:
A briefing with you to understand your property needs
Sourcing of properties, including off-market and pre-market listings
Attending home opens and providing virtual tours
Property due diligence and a detailed market analysis of your chosen properties (included in fees)
Negotiating with sales agents and/or vendors and coordinating the Contract for Sale
Auction representation (if required)
Coordination of building and pest inspections with qualified suppliers (inspection fees billed separately)
Coordination of the settlement process – We can refer you to reputable conveyancing services (if required) (conveyancing fees billed separately)
Attendance at pre-settlement inspection and key collection and handover following settlement

Commencement Fee $1,500 (+GST)* plusBuying Fee (+GST)** — Due on unconditional Contract for Sale (or at settlement by prior written agreement)
