No Place Like Home!

Our owner-occupier clients were returning home to Perth after many years spent living in the colds of Canberra. They were looking to return to the beach lifestyle that Perth is known for and were looking for a 'lifestyle' kind of home for their young family. They fell in love with this property just a hop, skip and jump across from the beach and while asking for $1.8m, we put our strong negotiation skills to work and secured the property for $1.65m. The family were overjoyed and are now basking in the Golden Bay sunshine with their toes in the sand!
